”Adzika serves Georgian street food that hasn’t existed so far. We, at Haapasalon Hatsapuri, have decided to want something like that and thus fulfill our dream. Our foundation is based on recipes and food culture that have been simmering for hundreds, if not thousands, of years. Georgian culinary tradition is strong, colorful, aromatic, spicy, and full of strong flavors and emotions. We have gathered our favorite tastes and brought them to street level. Fearlessly, we combine them into Georgian street food. The result is surprising, crispy, and unique dishes that bring together tradition and today.”
